Projects

Mobile power generation

The 20' container with generator set has a fuel and water tank. It is soundproofed and clad with perforated sheet metal. The components were provided by the customer and mechanically attached by CHS. We integrated the control technology, electrics and soundproofing baffles. The floor consists of a sump tray with TÜV certification in accordance with WHG. By integrating the power generator into the container, it can be used worldwide as an emergency power supply.

Medium-voltage system

The 20' HC container with swap body floor is designed for a medium-voltage system. The floor of an ISO container was removed and a swap body floor was welded on to ensure transportation with a BDF swap body vehicle and unloading without additional aids. The system is operated in an elevated state. The system is primarily used as a replacement system if the corresponding infrastructure fails. The insulated container is equipped with air conditioning and an electrical installation.

Climate-friendly energy supply

A plug-and-play solution for safe and CO2-neutral energy generation is scaffolded in our containers. Our customer is integrating a fuel cell system that serves as part of an energy storage system. The smaller system with 3 battery cells supplies a hotel with electricity. The waste heat generated is used to heat water and pools. The container with 6 battery cells is part of a university's pilot plant to decarbonize industry through networked hydrogen systems. The hydrogen test center includes H2 generators, storage systems and fuel cells and promotes research into the energetic use of renewable energies.

Cement-water treatment

Various 20' containers were used as the base, which were widened to 3m. Our customer has installed a system for recycling residual concrete in each container. The containers are insulated so that operation is also possible in winter. The recycled material can be easily filled into a transport truck via a large opening in the floor. If required, a pH value adjustment system can be installed in an insulated standard 20' container.
