Your profile

You have at least an intermediate school-leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss or equivalent).
You enjoy working with metal, work neatly and have an awareness of good quality.
You have technical understanding, manual dexterity and spatial awareness.
You are careful, a team player, willing to learn, reliable and physically resilient.

Your training content

You can expect a wide range of tasks in our prefabrication, steel construction and equipment production departments. In addition, you will attend training courses in the BSAG training workshop. Theoretical training takes place weekly at the vocational school for metal technology. Among other things, you will learn

How to build metal structures and assemble components properly.
How to read technical drawings correctly.
How to carefully process metals by cutting, forming, drilling, etc. carefully process metals.
How to use different joining methods (screwing, riveting, welding) for metals correctly.
How to handle processing machines and hand tools for metalworking and processing with care.
How to use materials optimally.
