Your profile

You have at least a basic vocational training qualification or a secondary school leaving certificate.
You have fun and enjoy visual design and the processing of paints and varnishes.
You have manual dexterity and an awareness of good quality.
You want to work cleanly and professionally and have a flair for accuracy.
You are careful, a team player, willing to learn, reliable and physically resilient.

Your training content

You can expect a wide range of tasks in our specialist painting department. In addition, you will take part in training courses in the BSAG training workshop or at the Bremen competence center. The theoretical training takes place in block lessons at the vocational school. Among other things, you will learn

How to thoroughly prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling and sealing.
How you then carefully coat these surfaces with a primer and paint.
How to optimally combine, mix and process colors.
How to best handle painting machines, spray machines and spray guns as well as paint brushes and paint rollers.
