Your profile
- You have successfully completed training as an industrial painter (m/f/d), varnisher (m/f/d), painter (m/f/d) or similar.
- Further training to become a master craftsman would be desirable.
- You are a team player and already have some experience in managing employees.
- You have professional experience in painting and have already been able to use industrial spraying processes (airless process).
- You are familiar and confident in using IT systems.
- You work in a structured, careful manner and have a pronounced talent for organization.
- You are reliable, physically resilient and have a good awareness of quality.
Your tasks
- Industrial painting work on our special containers.
- Planning and organization of work processes and deadlines in the paint shop. – Managing and supporting your employees.
- Independent processing of painting orders.
- Preparation of the surfaces (sanding, filling, etc.).
- Painting using the airless process.
- Carrying out sealing work.
- Monitoring the quality and work results of your team (painting results, layer thicknesses).
- Post-processing incl. repair and inspection work.
- Compliance with occupational safety.
- Documentation of work results and material consumption.
- Participation in the optimization of work processes.
