Your profile

You have successfully completed training as a construction mechanic (m/f/d), fitter (m/f/d) or similar.
You have several years of professional experience in steel construction.
You already have some experience in managing employees as a foreman or team leader.
You have good knowledge of common welding processes, especially MAG.
You work in a solution- and customer-oriented manner and are used to delivering a high quality of work.
You are resilient, a team player, diligent and flexible.
You work in a structured manner and have excellent organizational skills.
You are adept at using common IT systems and programs.
Further training to become a master craftsman would be desirable.

Together with your team, you will carry out all metal construction work for the production and expansion of our special containers and metal assemblies.
You work independently according to technical documentation and are proficient in the safe handling of all common tools and machines used in steel construction.
You lead and support your team and monitor the quality and results of their work.
You structure and organize the work processes and deadlines in steel construction for the projects entrusted to you.
They document the work results and monitor production deadlines.
You communicate with all relevant departments.
They ensure that work processes, safety and quality are adhered to and help to improve and optimize them.
