Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training with professional experience in human resources and payroll accounting.
  • Ideally, you will have passed an aptitude test.
  • Application knowledge of PAISY is desirable.
  • Confident handling of all common Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, trustworthy handling of sensitive data as well as team and target-oriented work round off your profile.

Your tasks

  • Administrative processing of all personnel procedures, taking into account legal and operational requirements and deadlines
  • Social security assessment of employment
  • Creation, processing and maintenance of employment contracts, certificates and attestations
  • Timely preparation of payslips
  • Processing and administration of time recording
  • Active support and implementation of all processes relating to vocational training as well as maintaining contact with chambers of commerce, schools, etc.
  • Maintenance of personnel master data and files
  • Creation and placement of job advertisements and handling of on- and off-boarding processes
  • Support for certification and reporting
