Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training with professional experience in human resources and payroll accounting.
- Ideally, you will have passed an aptitude test.
- Application knowledge of PAISY is desirable.
- Confident handling of all common Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, trustworthy handling of sensitive data as well as team and target-oriented work round off your profile.

- Administrative processing of all personnel procedures, taking into account legal and operational requirements and deadlines
- Social security assessment of employment
- Creation, processing and maintenance of employment contracts, certificates and attestations
- Timely preparation of payslips
- Processing and administration of time recording
- Active support and implementation of all processes relating to vocational training as well as maintaining contact with chambers of commerce, schools, etc.
- Maintenance of personnel master data and files
- Creation and placement of job advertisements and handling of on- and off-boarding processes
- Support for certification and reporting
